To minimize the # of days on market for any of our completed client projects, we study the local real estate market to understand what buyers want to see in their new homes. Our experience in floor plan layout, kitchen/bathroom design and interior/exterior finishing design has resulting in the average # of days on market for our client projects to be 50% less than other comparable properties.
To determine the appropriate after repair value, we work with one of our in-house Realtors to assess recent market activity for comparable properties. In most cases, our client properties sell in the 95th – 100th price percentile of all sold properties.
