When choosing to use a retirement account to invest in real estate, we strongly encourage our clients to partner with a custodian to invest to ensure tax deferments or tax-free earnings (ROI).

Depending on the amount of capital you have to purchase and/or redevelop a property, it may be necessary to structure a deal that relies on funding from a mutually interested client, traditional lending institution, or hard money lender.

We get paid when the property sells. Our fee is a percentage of the total earned profit. If you choose to engage with us on a fee-for-service consulting basis, we are paid throughout the project based on the completion of critical milestones. Our clients NEVER pay us any upfront fees for our consulting services.
